The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the parking area is small and fills up quickly.

We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the welcoming environment of La Quinta. The gated parking provided peace of mind, and the breakfast—featuring waffles, eggs, and sausage—was delightful. Plus, the nearby Mexican restaurant was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommended!

The outdoor pool was a blast on a sunny day! I loved soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day exploring. Everyone I met was so friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable!
100% recommend ❤️😊

The free shuttle to Graceland was really convenient. The parking lot felt a bit cramped, which was annoying.

Comfortable room, comfortable service with friendly staff at check-in who handled multiple guests efficiently while keeping a smile and a great breakfast experience with a helpful and professional attendant who ensured the coffee was always full and guided me on using the waffle maker.
Not a single issue.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Gated parking felt safe with the crowd outside. But the stay had its grim sides; strong odor of marijuana in the hallways, dingy elevators, and signs of poor cleaning with hair in the shower. Breakfast was disappointing—food options were limited, and everything was cold by the time we got there. Even tried to get a quieter room but had no luck. It felt chaotic, like there were more problems than solutions. Despite the convenience, there’s a lot to be desired here.

Comfortable rooms and a clean bathroom. The hot water worked perfectly. Tidy towels and a plush bed made for a decent stay. Two complimentary coffee cups were a nice touch. Shuttle service to the airport operated smoothly at 6 AM. Ideal for short business trips. there’s room for improvement. Staff was inconsistent. Gwen at front desk was lovely, while one driver lacked basic customer service and nearly caused us to miss our flight. The property showed signs of wear and tear but remained functional. A reliable option, but addressing staff competence and parking logistics is essential for a better experience.

The experience was a nightmare from the start. We arrived at midnight after a long flight, only to find the staff unhelpful and unfriendly. Terrible service, outdated rooms, and a breakfast selection that was barely there. Avoid this place!

The king room was spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The room included useful amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge, making it easy to settle in. I appreciated the cleanliness; the housekeeping team maintained high standards without disturbing our personal belongings. Temperatures were manageable, although the air conditioning unit could use an upgrade. Still, the noise level was low, allowing for a peaceful stay. The location was perfect; just an 8-minute drive to Graceland and about 15 minutes to Beale Street.

The staff is phenomenal, handling requests quickly and with a smile. The shuttle service runs to key spots, making it convenient for all of us.
It wasn't cheap, but considering the service, it's still reasonable.

The hotel's prime position makes it a fantastic base for discovering Memphis, as it's just under 3 kilometers from the iconic Graceland Mansion and only a short walk away from a variety of local points of interest, ensuring effortless strolling to attractions like the Stax Museum of American Soul Music and the Cooper Young Historic District, while also providing a safe and clean environment with attentive staff and decent amenities, though the hotel itself could benefit from some updates to enhance the overall experience.

Conveniently close to Graceland and airport, enjoyed the free breakfast and amenities. Loved the pool and fitness center, felt pampered with free WiFi.
Who doesn't love waking up to a noisy dog and spending eternity checking in due to computer issues? .

The free shuttle to Graceland is a lifesaver. The staff, especially the check-in lady, are friendly and efficient while the rooms are clean and spacious.
The breakfast area could definitely use some serious TLC.

Free shuttle to Graceland and friendly driver. Secure parking with gate access. Decent breakfast offered to start the day.
Rooms were dirty and dated, with broken furniture and unpleasant odors. Staff seemed unmotivated.

Located close to Graceland and convenient shuttle service to the airport, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about transportation. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check, in process.
Our room was not up to standards. The cleanliness was lacking, with stained sheets, hair in the bathroom, and mold in the shower.

Near cultural gems - Full Gospel Tabernacle Church and Stax Museum of American Soul Music. Conveniently close to sports and leisure at Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium and Fairgrounds.
My wife says that a kids' play area would be a nice addition.

the lobby at la quinta was super clean, and the staff were really friendly. the hotel is close to everything you need to do - like graceland and beale street. they also offer a shuttle to the airport - which was really convenient.
Would recommend.

First off, the check, in process was smooth and easy thanks to the friendly staff. They even helped me secure a reservation for the airport shuttle, which was convenient since I was flying out early the next day. But here's where things started to go downhill. The room I was assigned had a broken refrigerator door with a big ice build, up, and the bathroom fan sounded like a train passing through. Not the most relaxing ambiance, that's for sure. And to top it off, the power went out, leaving us without essentials like air conditioning, TV, and even the room phone. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown too. The food options were limited and poorly prepared , runny scrambled eggs, uncooked sausage patties, and non, functional waffle irons and toaster. Definitely not the hearty breakfast I was hoping for. On the bright side, the hotel's location was convenient, and the rate was reasonable. But overall, the lack of attention to detail and maintenance issues really put a damper on my stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for a hassle, free experience. Hope this helps paint a clear picture of my stay at La Quinta! Safe travels!

My friends and I had a blast exploring the Memphis Music Hall of Fame and rocking out at live-music venues near the hotel. We even hit up Beale Street Landing for some cool vibes. The location near the stadium and golf course was perfect for our adventurous spirit!
Wish there was a hip rooftop bar for chill hangouts with awesome views after our evening escapades.

I chose La Quinta for its convenient location to Graceland, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. The hotel's proximity to various attractions and dining options also added to the convenience.
Narrow food area, air vent placement.

we stayed at a larger La Quinta with great breakfast variety. A convenient Mexican restaurant next door was a plus. the secured parking was a great perk. the staff was nice and the hotel was clean with comfortable beds. Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, we will definitely stay again.
Nothing to be said 😊

From the moment we arrived, the staff at this hotel made us feel right at home. The front desk manager, Stephanie, and the cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Our room had a spacious king size bed with ample pillows that provided a comfortable night's sleep. The cleaning staff went above and beyond by replenishing our towels and making our bed daily without us even asking. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was a great convenience, and when it wasn't available, the front desk manager personally drove us. The secure parking made us feel safe, and the fitness room had a cool treadmill. It was also refreshing to find a pet-friendly hotel. the premises were clean and the staff were polite and knowledgeable. The breakfast was ready right on time and the variety of muffins was enjoyable.
The late-night reception staff. The receptionist at check-in had a cold demeanor without any welcoming greetings or smiles.
